Mission Statement
CCDN Express helps businesses cut costs and boost profits by strategically re-aligning their supply chain components. Our goal is to capture a larger portion of the warehousing and distribution market while providing clean facilities, strong systems, experienced leadership, and industry expertise to a growing customer base. We also prioritize giving back to the communities where we operate.
CCDN Express is a third-generation, family-owned company that offers a wide range of transportation, warehousing, and logistics services. These include inventory management, order fulfillment, yard management, shuttle transport, distribution, quality inspection, repacking and more.
Based in Grand Rapids (Byron Center), Michigan, and affiliated with Martin Transportation Systems (MTS), CCDN Express began operations in 1994 at a rented 20,000 square foot space in Canton, Michigan on behalf of General Motors. This requirement soon blossomed into a 269,000 square foot, build-to-suit, rail-served distribution center in Romulus, Michigan!
CCDN Express currently operates over three million square feet of space across a network of fifteen distribution centers and seven auxiliary warehouses located in Michigan, Indiana, Arizona, and Mexico. The CCDN Management team sees no geographical limits and is actively exploring expansion opportunities in the Southeast and out West!
With deep roots in American OEM Automotive Industry, CCDN Express has transformed into a highly diversified company that serves a wide range of industries, including automotive, food and grocery, HAZMAT liquid flammable chemicals, aeronautics, dairy, plastic resin, nonferrous metals, EV technology, household appliances, corrugated packaging, textbook publishing, newsprint, and more. Our portfolio includes temperature-controlled flammable containment, refrigerated food-grade pallet storage, high cube ambient space with drive-in racking, two active rail sidings and heavy-duty hoisting areas.
CCDN Express has invested in people, equipment, and systems, allowing our clients to concentrate on research, engineering, manufacturing, business development, expansion and other core competencies.
